Four scholarships are available for the 2020 CWR Conference, which will be held September 29 through October 2 in San Diego. Scholarship recipients will receive a complimentary conference registration.
The scholarship application period opens Sunday (March 1). The application—along with scholarship rules and related documents—is available in the member resources area of the CWR member website. The deadline for applications is June 30.
All applicants must be a member in good standing. Only current CWR members may apply for scholarship funds. If you are not a current member, please go to c4wr.org to join before continuing with the application process. Only one scholarship application will be accepted from each congregation represented in the CWR membership. Applicants demonstrating financial need will be given priority.
All applicants must include an essay (500 words maximum) outlining the reason they wish to attend the conference and how it will benefit them both personally and professionally. If actively involved in CWR, please indicate that involvement.
The recipients will receive a complimentary full conference registration. No reimbursement of any other expenses—including lodging, travel and scheduled evening(s) out—will be provided.
