Ruth Roland is the Director of Mission Advancement for the Sisters of Benet Hill Monastery in Colorado Springs, overseeing development, marketing, and communications. She also serves on the monastery’s leadership team. She previously served as the Business Administrator for a historic United Church of Christ congregation and worked in the airline and oil & gas industries.
