Angie Kessler became Director of Communications for Adrian Dominican Sisters in 2016. The prior 10 years were spent as editor of the Diocese of Toledo’s newspaper, the Catholic Chronicle. Angie began her career as a journalist for the Daily Telegram in Adrian covering religion and education, which first introduced her to the Adrian Dominicans. The majority of her career has been working for non-profits in communications and development: grant writing, event planning, marketing, and publications. After previously working for one of the Congregation’s schools as Director of Development, Angie found her way back to the Adrian Dominicans, where she sees her work as a ministry supporting the Sisters’ Mission.
