Translating Founding Vision into Contemporary Storytelling

Cecilia Brizuela is a filmmaker, storyteller, and communications leader with over 16 years of experience serving the Religious of the Sacred Heart of Mary Western American Area, an international congregation. She helped establish communications at the international level and has supported different areas of the Institute in developing offices and strategic plans adapted to their cultural contexts.

She creates films and digital content that bring the congregation’s mission and charism to life through clear, faith-centered storytelling. With a background as a music entrepreneur, writer, and marketing specialist, Cecilia brings a strong sense of audience, creativity, and strategy to her work. She is dedicated to helping women religious communicate their mission in ways that are authentic, meaningful, and relevant today.
