Kimberley Sherwood
Workshop Session 1: Framing the Big Picture
Wednesday, October 14, 1:15 – 2:15 p.m.
Mission Advancement as an Act of Justice
Kimberley Sherwood is a consultant, coach, and facilitator with nearly four decades of experience in development and mission advancement. Since 2019, she has served as a trusted consultant to Benet Hill Monastery, accompanying the community through strategic planning, donor engagement, governance transitions, and the deeper work of articulating what makes them irreplaceable. That partnership is not incidental to Kimberley’s practice. It reflects a deep and abiding affection for Benet Hill and for the broader community of women religious, whose courage, creativity, and commitment to justice she finds continually inspiring.
Kimberley brings both rigor and warmth to her work, helping organizations move from surviving to thriving by clarifying their mission, strengthening their relationships with donors and stakeholders, and building the internal capacity to sustain meaningful advancement over time.
